At Hand and Hand Coaching, we’re more than just a program — we’re a movement rooted in love, leadership, and second chances. Created by someone who knows firsthand what it’s like to navigate foster care, homelessness, and adversity, our mission is to support teens and young adults on their journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. Based in Pittsburgh, we walk hand in hand with youth as they rise above the past and build the future they deserve. Whether they’ve faced trauma or just need guidance, a mentor, or a Big Brother/Big Sister figure — we’re here.
