The Handi-Crafters Opportunity Center (HCOC) is one of the largest vocational training and support service providers for adults with disabilities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. For over 60 years, we have empowered more than 250 individuals annually to reach their goals, achieve independence, and gain competitive employment — either within the community or right here in our center.
Our Work Center doubles as a social enterprise and training ground, offering contract packaging, kitting, and assembly solutions for businesses of all sizes. Companies partner with HCOC for Socially Responsible Outsourcing — a smart business strategy that strengthens communities and supports inclusion.
We proudly serve nationally recognized brands and local entrepreneurs, providing:

With 10,000 square feet of warehouse space, three loading docks, and a dedicated workforce of over 250 participants, we are equipped for “just-in-time” inventory management, quick turnarounds, and quality workmanship that drives efficiency and profit for our customers.
