Hands-on House is a nonprofit children’s museum invested in fostering a life-long love of learning. A needed third space for families of Lancaster county, we’ve created an environment for children to construct their own learning through play and feel supported as they engage with the world around them.
Designed for children ages 2-8, our museum offers exhibits, in-house art, story, and STEM classes as well as immersive camps and outreach programs to schools.
We see our work as an opportunity to extend wonder not only for children, but for parents and caregivers as well. The museum is a place for the community to gather, to grow, and to share resources for our shared mission: prioritizing the needs of our youngest population.
