Hands of Khayr Charity Initiative is a faith-driven nonprofit dedicated to uplifting the Ummah by supporting marginalized Muslim women, orphans, and vulnerable families across Nigeria. Founded on the principles of compassion, dignity, and accountability, we work to restore hope through targeted, sustainable support—one household at a time. Our mission is to respond to hardship with structured care: from small-scale business empowerment and food relief to educational assistance and emergency interventions. Every donation we receive is used with intention and transparency, with our team directly involved in vetting, procurement, and follow-up. What We Do EmpowerHer Project – Our flagship program provides startup capital, training, and mentorship to help struggling women establish small businesses and become self-reliant. Relief Aid – We offer timely food and essentials to families facing urgent needs, especially during sacred periods like Ramadan and Dhul Hijjah. Child Welfare – We support orphans and children in poverty with uniforms, school supplies, and better living conditions. Accountability in Action – We follow each donation from beginning to end—tracking how funds are used, following up with beneficiaries, and sharing updates with donors.
