Hands-on Art

Hands-on Art is thé place to discover the power of Art. We offer art workshops, but a little different. In our art workshops there is no art talent required. It is not our intention to learn you any techniques how to paint or draw in a perfect way. We create art as a form of therapy. It is called art therapy. In our workshops you will be creating mindful and intuitive art. We want to bring back your playfulness and your ability to let go and relax when you are creating art. It is not the end result that matters but the creative process and the insights you derive about yourself. Art therapy can be so powerful because it will trigger what's inside of you. It is our mission to empower you in order to shape your life as you dream it. Our secret weapon to accomplish that is the power of art!
