Before 1990 not produced in Turkey and imported puff pastry taking the necessary equipment from the Switzerland held its first local production of puff pastry production in Turkey. Due to the high demand of the product produced throughout the country, the machinery park of the plant was increased with new machines imported from Switzerland. During this period, he participated in the “Food Supply” tender of many military institutions throughout the country and sold the products. In the process, the company also exported frozen bakery products, especially pastries and pizzas. In 1993, Home Baked House successfully exported Noodles to Germany. In order to keep pace with the developing production technologies, the company has continuously developed its product portfolio with new equipment and personnel. In addition to the production made for our domestic market with our own brand, we also made contract manufacturing for the foreign market from time to time. Currently, production activities are continuing for chain market companies and catering companies in Denizli and surrounding provinces.
