Since launching Hanley Strategic Solutions, I have worked closely with business owners and leadership teams to support transformation—helping stabilise business, implement new strategies, and guide commercial renewal. Whether working on a long-term project basis or in an advisory capacity, I operate as an extension of the team: hands-on, client-centred, and outcomes-focused. My contract and advisory services have specialised in particular within the luxury segment. My work is tailored to optimise sales and marketing performance, and improve profitability—delivering long-term value in a fast-evolving market.
