Hansen is a Houston-based real estate development, property management and investment firm dedicated to fostering innovation while honoring the unique character of the Greater Houston community. Our portfolio includes notable developments such as Campanile South, a six-story boutique office building in the Museum District, as well as Riverway, Pin Oak Office Park, and the Plaza Medical Center. In 2016, we facilitated the acquisition of the former Mark's American Cuisine building in Montrose, transforming it into the innovative One Fifth restaurant by chef Chris Shepherd. At Hansen, we believe that development extends beyond architecture. Inspired by our predecessor John Hansen, we focus on creating spaces that enhance the community through beautiful landscaping, safe, walkable sidewalks, and ease of access.
