As an independent M&A advisor, I, together with my team, advise company owners and private equity investors on buy and sell-side M&A transactions. Additionally, we specialize in company valuation, financial modelling and business planning, debt and equity financing as well as financial restructuring. Our main focus is the German SME market with notable transactions in the areas of, among others, automotive supply, Software as a Service (SaaS) and international FMCG, especially in the wine and alcoholic beverage markets. As a university lecturer, I rely on a solid foundation of theoretical and scientific knowledge, which, combined with >15 years of practical experience as an investment banking professional, is the basis for my holistic advisory approach, which always aims at yielding the best possible results for my clients.
