Hanslink Ltd is a diverse & dynamic property company that specialises in unlocking development potential across the South East of England with a primary focus in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire & parts of South West London (Richmond, Kingston, Merton & Sutton).
We concentrate on the unconditional purchase of brownfield sites (land, buildings & strategic plots) with a view to adding value through our extensive knowledge of the UK planning system. We prefer to purchase sites outright but will consider STP/ Option Agreement deals when necessary. We consider both commercial & residential sites. We do not buy sites with planning permission, we strictly look for sites on a without planning basis only.
We are self funded & do not require prior approvals, this gives us the ability to move quickly and take views on issues when necessary, without being subject to the collateral associated with bank borrowing.
Our track record shows that we are equally interested & capable of working on small schemes, as well as larger opportunities. We have an experienced and skilled in-house team, who have a comprehensive understanding of the different facets of the development process.
