Hanwood Park, on the eastern edge of Kettering in Barton Seagrave, is already home to 3,000 residents, and is set to grow into a vibrant community of 15,000. It was first given outline planning approval in 2010. This approval expired in 2021 but at a North Northants Council Planning Committee in December there was unanimous approval for the remaining phases of the outline planning at Hanwood Park.
Once complete, this Northamptonshire community, will feature up to 5,500 high-quality homes, alongside schools, shops, community buildings, employment spaces, leisure facilities, and biodiverse parks and woodlands.
