Grace Homes Limited

Grace Homes Limited company information, Employees & Contact Information

We are continually looking for new development opportunities and have a reputation for completing deals as agreed and on time. Funds are available to purchase development land, with or without planning permissions, in Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire and Rutland. We have in-house planning and design expertise, and have also developed a strong working relationship with a number of consultants dealing with design, planning, traffic, noise, contamination, landscaping, archaeology and ecology. Our specialism is promoting land through the planning process, and we’ve had a number of joint successes with landowners where Planning Consent has been historically difficult to obtain due to conservation and other design constraints. A recent successful application in Lubenham was described by the Planning Committee as “The perfect planning application” because of our careful and thoughtful approach to every part of the local environment. Having developed a number of projects and achieved success in the planning process from joint ventures with the landowner, we are also open to working collaboratively. If you have land from ten plots upwards that you wish to develop please get in touch and find out how we can work together in the future. Henry Barney, Managing Director (henry@gracehomes.co.uk) Dan Browne, Land Director (daniel@gracehomes.co.uk)
