HAP Venture Fund is raising equity for investments mainly in HAP's development projects. HAP Venture has raised in excess of $100mm since inception on September 2014, funding 9 projects and utilizing funds of dozens of private investors. HAP Venture Fund has also been one of the first two alternative real estate investment funds that have been raising funds for a specific project via a prospectus abiding by the strict standards of the Israeli securities laws. The prospectus provides for better transparency, higher corporate governance standards and better control for the limited partner investors.
