HAPPI (Helping Awesome People Prosper Intentionally)

In our modern world, people can often be fueled to act because of a real or perceived scarcity of resources e.g. time, money, attention, water, food etc. This can create the feeling of being in competition with those outside of our inner circle. This can lead to a very real divide between the haves and have-nots. At HAPPI, we believe everyone exists in our inner circle and everyone deserves to have what they need to succeed, thrive, and be happy. When we are fueled to act with the intention of creating true prosperity, it naturally ripples to everything it touches and creates more prosperity. In other words, every body wins. We want to acknowledge all the awesome people out there doing work to support people and planetary thriving — among them are Parents, Farmers, Teachers, Facilitators, Environmentalists, Connectors, Coaches, and Healers. As we reflect on the work they do, we see a common thread; we realize that they create environments and conditions in which life can prosper. We draw inspiration from these diverse fields of work, providing tools, resources, and programs designed to help YOU create the conditions for a HAPPI life. Our current offerings include an accessible language to establish common ground, frameworks for meaning-making in uncertain times, facilitated containers to foster connection, and programs that help folks direct their own learning and unlearning journeys in service to their passions and purpose. Essentially, we work to support individuals in cultivating their unique gifts while also helping communities in creating culture and cohesion; this approach is designed to create positive feedback loops in which individuals are feeding the communities they belong to while communities are feeding the individuals they care for. HAPPI’s mission is to cultivate healthy communities and cultures that help people and planet prosper.
