Happy Community Project

Happy, resilient communities are the foundation of our society. When they have strong social connectedness, belonging and a culture of taking care of each other, they have what it takes to meet challenges of our times. They experience economic, social and mental wellbeing. And they create a foundation for the future of our children to deal with the disruptions that they will experience. Reshaping Our World and the Happy Community Project has been recognized by six universities, two international organizations and several mayors as being one of the best in the world organizations capable of bringing change to communities. We have been able to take community development to a new level and put it in the hands of the citizens who live there. We believe that all citizens have a responsibility for the wellbeing of their community; there is no 'they should do something'; it is up to the citizens to make the places where they live the kind of place they want to live in: a place where neighbors know each other and help each other. That is what we are good at and that is why we care and that is why we are recognized as one of the best in the world.
