Happy Maths Project

Happy Maths is a programme that uses educational digital games to engage primary school pupils with Maths. It is run by researchers of the School of Computer Science at Technological University Dublin, and it aims to evaluate how digital games can support mathematics learning. The programme also investigates how games can affect teachers’ practice, students’ maths performance, and their levels of mathematics anxiety, a condition of negative emotional reactions that affects learning and self-confidence.
