Founded in April 2015, Happy Melon is a first-of-its-kind mind and body studio that blends mindfulness with movement. We believe this powerful combination of mental and physical practices is the answer to living a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. Happy Melon offers group yoga, meditation, reformer Pilates and fitness classes, massage, Rolfing, naturopathy and mindfulness education both in-studio and to organisations via our dedicated corporate wellness offering.
