The architectural hardware industry is mostly dominated by a few players where the only issue being all these brands only cater to high-class consumers. 70% of the market consumption is done by lower-medium-class families. This part of the market is mostly governed by unorganized sectors and smaller manufacturers due to their economical pricing. We have focused on catering to such a market and trying to organize such a market by bringing extremely reliable and quality products at market prices. We always believe that to capture such an unorganized and commoditized market, we can either win by providing the same quality products at lower prices or better quality products at the same prices, the one that we are more focused on.
