Hāpuku Kitchen is committed to reconnecting the kitchen with the land and sea. Our mission is to create a place where people can experience the best New Zealand produce and rediscover the simple pleasures of growing, gathering, catching, cooking and sharing quality food with others. Based in Kaikōura, New Zealand we welcome guests into our home to share our culture, our way of life. We offer hands-on cooking classes (private or shared), dining at our regular Supper Club evenings, private events and celebrations, unique corporate incentive programmes and bespoke experiences.
