Hapzly is the social enterprise behind the One Cool Thing + Happy Business initiative. One Cool Thing + Happy Business is a community of the coolest and happiest businesses on the planet. The ones who support their local community and protect the natural environment. In return, member businesses can use the unique stamp to boost their brand trust and create greater transparency. They can access The Ideas Pool, Guided Meditations, and the Coolest + Happiest Awards to continually improve their business and impact, and reach more conscious consumers. OCT + HB is also a community of inspired individuals who know business as usual is outdated and dangerous for our planet, communities and future generations. They know where they spend their time and money matters, and commit to spending it with the cool and happy ones that care. One Cool Thing + Happy Business exists to bridge the gap between good business and conscious consumerism in a simple and engaging way. To better support cool businesses and cool human beings, and then bring them together to drive deeper environmental and social change. CSR, ESG, PRI, SRI, and SLO don’t engage everyday people well, they are complicated, too “corporate,” and unrelatable. They are complex (and expensive) for many businesses to understand and implement as well. So, we are left with a huge disconnect between really good businesses, businesses that could become really good, and all of us consumers. All in all, we drastically limit the positive impact on our ecosystems and communities. We’re building a new kind of business as usual.
