Established in 2015 as a mother company to the Esbjerg based logistics companies of A/S J. Lauritzen's Eftf., Jutlandia Terminal A/S, Jutlandia Terminal Ejendomme ApS & Copco A/S, along with being the largest shareholder in Erria A/S.
History can be traced back to 1884, with the Svarrer family being owners since the 1950's of first J. Lauritzen's Eftf, then adding Jutlandia Terminal in the 1970's and Copco in 2021 to the group.
