We believe the established notion of the “capital stack” is outdated and can offer minimum lot sizes of £10m with no upper limit. We can comfortably lend £500m on a single transaction with up to 95% LVT. This enables us to design bespoke finance, built around the needs of the people and businesses we serve and to originate, structure and acquire direct investments.
