As parents of twins, Gloribelle and Walid aim to instill in their children the value of hard work and the joy of building something meaningful. Their creation celebrates the bold flavors of harissa, a Tunisian condiment, in honor of Walid’s heritage, while also drawing inspiration from Gloribelle’s Dominican roots, where vibrant, layered flavors are central to the cuisine.
