I’m a transition coach, partnering with individuals and teams at pivotal moments of change, when clarity, direction and purposeful action are needed most. With a corporate background in the Med-Tech industry, intensive training as a Solution-Focused Coach and CBT practitioner, as well as many years of voluntary counselling, I bring deep human understanding, along with structured, proven approaches that help people move forward with clarity and vision. I bring deep, hands-on experience working with this often-overlooked demographic, promoted for strong performance but expected to lead, manage, coach and influence, without formal training. I guide them to grow into their roles with confidence and authenticity. THRIVING TEAMS We spend much of our lives at work; how we feel there shapes everything. I help teams build trust and stronger ways of working together; where people feel safe, valued and connected. When wellbeing and collaboration thrive, performance naturally follows. COMMERCIAL CAPABILITY TRAINING I work with teams to strengthen the part of the sales process that goes beyond their technical expertise; beyond the product, solution or service. When customers feel genuinely heard, understood and supported, both in their commercial goals and the personal pressures tied to their role, it can be the deciding factor in high-stakes decisions.
