Harmonic Equity is a software-focused venture equity firm that invests in aspiring leaders - people, products, or companies that have demonstrated some level of product-market fit through revenue, ideally profits, and are looking to accelerate growth. We help teams incubate, start, restart, pivot, turnaround, carveout and buyout software businesses. Our specific interest sectors include B2B SaaS, Data, Healthtech, AdTech, MarTech, Digital Content, Exchanges, and Marketplaces. The majority of our investments range from $1m to $5m in revenue and breakeven to $2m in EBITDA. However, we do occasionally consider opportunities outside this range depending on mutual fit. The firm’s principals are all former engineers, serial entrepreneurs, and CEOs of public and PE/VC-backed private companies. Because we deploy and manage our own capital, we are actively involved and bring unique strategic, financial, operational, and M&A skills to fortify and grow our portfolio companies.
