Harmonise Change is led by industry-inclusive design and strategic change management specialist Pareisse Wilson, who has successfully delivered multiple national, international and industry-leading inclusive design and business change projects across the design and construction, aviation, rail, health and government sectors. Over the last eight years, Pareisse has worked with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision to mobilise inclusive, accessible, and sustainable design and change solutions that meet organisational and community EDI, well-being, and social value objectives.
Most notably, Pareisse was the project lead and lead author of the RIBA Inclusive Design Overlay, working with over 100 built-environment professionals, industry bodies, and organisations to co-develop a new UK design and construction sector inclusive design framework. This guidance outlines how clients, project management, design, construction, and asset management teams can deliver inclusive design on projects across the RIBA Plan of Work.
In recognition of her commitment to driving social change, Pareisse was nominated for the Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 List in 2021 and 2022 and the Top 100 Women in Construction in 2024.
