Harmonize

Not only our sense of smell is responsible for 80% of what we taste it is also closely linked to parts of the brain that process emotion and memory. Who has not been triggered by an aroma in food and think about their grandma or perhaps a perfume that reminds you of a loved one? Harmonize created a fragrance and flavor engineering platform, that allows manufacturers create products that fit customers' expectations. As a pre-seed start-up candidate at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry, we are supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action via the EXIST Transfer of Research grant.
