It is a sole investor enterprise of the Kwara State Government (KWSG).

The Centre is fully automated and offer unique services of health screening with the latest sophisticated laboratories and radiological services all under one roof. Our services include but not limited to:
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
Digital X-ray imaging including specialised procedures
Computed Tomography (CT Scan). Both 64-Slice and 16-slice CT Scanners are available
Ultrasound scanning (Colour Doppler)
Fluoroscopy
Mammography
ECG with Cardiac Stress tests/Echocardiography
Laboratory Tests/Bi-directional and fully automated pathology – All blood tests, Biochemistry, Immunology, Flow Cytometry, Fully Automated Microbiology, Haematology, Molecular Biology, Histopathology, Parasitology, Cytology and Clinical Pathology
The establishment of the medical diagnostic Centre arose out of the need for Nigerians to have access to an international standard facility equipped with necessary and modern equipment that accurately provide qualitative, comprehensive and up-to -date medical diagnostic services.
