About Harmony at Work

At Harmony@Work, we believe that real change begins with commitment—commitment to equity, inclusion, anti-oppression, and collective well-being. Our mission is to inspire and equip individuals and organizations to create meaningful, lasting change through transformative training and consulting. Led by Rima Dib, a dynamic facilitator and keynote speaker with over 15 years of experience, Harmony@Work specializes in delivering training that is practical, interactive, and impactful. As an Arab-Canadian immigrant from a multi-faith, multi-racial family, Rima brings a unique perspective, blending lived experience with deep expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Her engaging storytelling and innovative teaching methods help participants connect with the material on a personal level, making even complex or uncomfortable topics accessible and actionable. Since our founding, we’ve delivered over 1,100 hours of training to more than 14,000 individuals from 112 organizations across Canada and beyond. Our clients span sectors, including private corporations, public institutions, and nonprofits. Whether through in-person or virtual workshops, live webinars, or tailored consulting programs, we work with organizations to foster inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive. What Sets Us Apart? Our workshops go beyond good intentions, providing participants with tools, knowledge, and confidence to apply what they’ve learned immediately. Our interactive, judgment-free approach creates a safe space for learning and growth, even when the work is challenging. We believe discomfort is part of growth, but it shouldn’t lead to resistance. That’s why our workshops strike the perfect balance—engaging, empowering, and thought-provoking. We also view mistakes as essential to the process of change. Our philosophy treats mistakes as opportunities for reflection, accountability, and meaningful learning, fostering a growth mindset among participants and organizations alike.
