Harmony Consultants is set up by Pallavi and Yogesh Patgaonkar with an aim to “deliver results through Human Capital”. Yogesh and Pallavi bring together over four decades of diverse experience across areas of Strategic HRM, Marketing, Profit Center Management and Leadership Development. Harmony Consultants currently works with Global Leaders in BFSI, Telecom, Technology and Manufacturing Sectors in the areas of Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Image Management. It is also engaged in development work for social and industry forums as well as leading Universities.
