Our technicians are some of the most skilled in the industry. Our Service Crew includes one lead technician certified at a master level by the manufacturer, with support from additional certified servicing-level technicians. Our technicians are required to have a minimum of 3,000 hours of hoist service work before able to inspect hoists for our company. This high standard ensures our clients receive well qualified, experienced technicians.
Aside from having extensive ‘hoist’ knowledge, our technicians are also skilled riggers and SPRAT-certified Rope Access specialists, providing the expertise to safely climb and reach places most technicians cannot.
Most of our team has seen it all, from large touring shows to small theaters. We are confident we provide the most experienced, reliable, and friendly technicians in the industry.
