Led by James Harper who has over 20 years working in the technology sector and 8 years employed in the public service, he brings a deep understanding of the government technology sector. The Harper Stone vision is to provide digital consultancy services with a focus on understanding business goals and objectives to help guide and craft technology solutions, that deliver measurable business outcomes and are commercially saavy.
