Harrison Jet Guns was established in 1963 to supply the growing oil and gas industry with perforating charges developed in-house. Eventually, HJG shifted focus to become the primary contractor for Schlumberger’s perforating charges and other related products. As a result, we became very adept at manufacturing specialty charges for hard to reach, high risk/high reward wells. This is where we found our niche, and is what sets us apart from our competition.
In 2013, the oil market declined, the rig count fell, and the market for specialty charges dried up. Harrison Jet Guns, with our decades of experience, started to introduce our new lines of perforating charges to meet the demand for lower cost, but reliable products. We provide competitively-priced products that outperform higher priced offerings from other manufacturers.
