Mindfulness is proven to be a cost-effective tool in reducing workplace stress and provides a healthy ROI. I offer mindfulness training for individuals, groups and organisations - both public and private sector - and also in education. Services include 'taster' sessions and workshops as well as 4, or 8 week mindfulness courses. I also run mindfulness sessions within events. These may be private events or at schools, children's clubs, inset days, business away-days or corporate staff training. Private 1-2-1 or small group training is also popular and I am fully accredited in both mindfulness and yoga. I have a track record in corporate mindfulness, having worked with a number of businesses for over two years.
