I have worked in the community and not for profit sector for over a decade. A core focus of my work has been creating change guided by the principles of social justice, equality and inclusion. My work values are guided by these fundamental community development principles. I have worked in a range of leadership positions in the community sector across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia. My passion is to create social change through developing innovative projects, programs and community-led solutions I work with individuals, organisations and communities that share my vision of working with vulnerable and marginalised population groups to bring about long-lasting social change.
