Construction Site Canteen Facility Manager and Restuarateur. I set up and run restaurant/canteens for the personnel on construction sites. I also have a bistro in maidenhead but have have currently ceased the al la carte evening menu but am open for breakfast and lunch. I also use the bistro as a training facility for my trainee chefs. Harrys Canteen has been established for eight years and specialises in providing site catering facilities. I have already completed projects where I have set up canteen facilities for McAlpines, Taylor Woodrow, EESmith, YJL in Reading and George Wimpey in Edgware and Welwyn Garden City. I am currently running a canteen for BAM on the AWE at Aldermaston, as well as a restaurant in Maidenhead. I manage each canteen myself and am a qualified chef. I personally train my staff to prepare and cook the meals to standards set by myself and can assure my clients of the highest standards of meals and service. I use only the best and freshest produce bought from recognised suppliers. I also specialise in providing buffets for board meetings and have experience in providing buffets for companies such as Siemans and WeightWatchers for a continuous period of 3½ years prior to establishing Harrys Canteen.
