Hart Home Inspections We are a full service residential property inspection business located in Barrie, Ontario. We service primarily Simcoe County but will travel outside this area upon prior arrangement. For Existing Homes we offer Pre-Listing, Pre-Purchase and Home Maintenance inspections. All these inspections are offered at a cost of $ 300.00 per inspection with no added HST. For New Homes we offer PDI inspections (homeowner advocate), 30 Day, Year End and Second Year walk throughs with the home owner and form completion offered at a cost of $ 350.00 wit hno added HST
