Harvard GSD Design Discovery

Design Discovery and Design Discovery Virtual are a pair of academic programs offered at the Harvard GSD that introduce design and its potential to change the world. Virtual and In-person options. The programs are intended for anyone interested in learning about design (its methods and media) across Architecture, Landscape, and Urban Planning and Design. Open to 18+ in age. 2023 Programs include Design Discovery Virtual: June 12-30, 2023 (3 weeks) Design Discovery (in person): July 10-28, 2023 (3 weeks) Both programs are crafted to engage participants with design methods across scales with the assumption that the program is one of the earliest experiences of thinking through making encountered. Each program opens up the breadth and depth of design smarts and skills at Harvard’s GSD to a global public.
