To fulfill such mission, Harvard University Global System™ (HUGS) provides genuine, practical and proven innovation and performance-improvement concepts, frameworks, roadmaps, ethical AI-Prompt templates, algorithms, practical equations across the full innovation cycle, including post-delivery care: maintenance and upgrading. High-impact scalable innovation example: We tackle user participation and community engagement. We strive to improve performance and innovation practices (from goal-validity tests, reframing, idea incubation, cross-pollination, structured and "isoptomic" creativity, discovery/design, proof of concept, high-fidelity prototypes to expanding the pie for all, strategies critical-mass mobilization, collective intelligence and orchestrate smooth acceptance, implementation, production and ultimate delivery). HUGS provides mechanisms to facilitate ongoing activities across the value chain.
