Harz Energy combines a team of business developers, financial professionals, and industry experts, together with several Strategic partners, with the objective of creating high yield opportunities in the energy and power industry, and becoming a leading player in the Energy Sector in Latin America. Harz Energy is the Energy focused subsidiary of the Neuss Fund, a Holding Company of the Neuss Group. The group has developed multiple projects and realized several investments since its first investment in the Energy sector in 1982 with the acquisition of Great Lakes Chemical Company. Our investments are focused on Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities and Infrastructure. CONSTUCTION: Through different Subsidiaries, Harz Energy participates in the Electricity Construction Sector throughout all project stages, including development, engineering, construction and operation. TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION: Harz Energy owns Edersa, a company that transports and distributes electricity to more than 230.000 customers. ELECTRICITY GENERATION: Harz Energy owns multiple Electricity Generation Assets of both Conventional and Renewable sources. RENEWABLE ENERGY: Harz Energy is currently developing Hydroelectric, Wind and Solar PV projects in Argentina and Uruguay. OIL & GAS: Harz Energy has investments in the Oil & Gas Sector, and an extensive experience in E&P and Gas transportation.
