Hassib Hasanzadeh previously worked for a mid-sized firm before deciding to pursue his own practice. Hassib focuses on estate planning and estate administration as well as business law, which makes effective use of his dual M.B.A. and J.D. degree from the University of Victoria. He previously graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Criminology and a minor in Psychology. Hassib presently assists clients by drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on business agreements. He has particular experience with wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, commercial leases, employment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, share purchase transactions, and asset purchase and sale transactions.
