founded by Hashem Saber Al-Turk in 1956. In 2000 we expand our business Globally as franchise concept, and now we have more than 70 branches in All over the world.

زالت هنالك مساحة في الحياة تتيح له حفظ اسمه الذي حمله على كتفيه من يافا لتتناقله أجيال من بعده، فكان أن قرّر هاشم الترك. إنشاء مطعم هاشم عام 1956 في زقاق يقع بشارع الأمير محمد وسط العاصمة عمّان، ليغدو المطعم معلماً من معالمها ويلتصق باسمها.
