The objectives for which HH has been established are as follows:
1. To deliver training in a variety of occupational skills with a view to facilitating the people to participate meaningfully in the economy, enable them to utilize their skills to set up their own businesses
2. To encourage, promote, support, and arrange training events, symposiums, seminars, workshops, conferences, lectures, classes, and exhibitions to advance the objectives of the Association.
3. To seek network and collaborate with other organizations to foster integration of similar efforts
4. To provide a platform and act as a linking mechanism for the economic empowerment of communities, societies, groups and beneficiaries.
5. To work for poverty alleviation through human resources development such as youth development centers, sustainable livelihoods, education and economic empowerment approaches including green entrepreneurship for the overall gender equitable development towards a prosperous and tolerant society in Pakistan.
