Our mission is to provide educators with a comprehensive wellbeing program that equips middle school students with the skills and insights they need to thrive in school and in life. We are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and resilient school environments, fostering student voices, and guiding strategic wellbeing decisions. HAT Wellbeing is a pioneering program designed for middle school students, providing a unique, creative, and inspiring wellbeing education experience. Our digital session plans and presentations for 40 weekly lessons, available in both PowerPoint and PDF formats, empower educators to instil essential life skills. With the option to enhance the experience through printed teacher companions, individual student journals, A2 school posters, and student pocket cards, HAT Wellbeing is here to support the mental and emotional growth of the next generation.
