Sustainable, single variety chilli products with a story. We are a chilli sauce and products producer who focus on the natural, fabulous and complex flavours of single variety chillies from seed to sauce. A father and daughter due from Devon who want to help change the world through chilli sauce! The father - Gary - is the farmer. He set up dedicated farms in East and West Africa, employing mainly groups of African women and small farmer groups to carefully tend to our chillies. Allowing our chillies to ripen to their peak of perfection underneath the African Sun before shipping them back to the daughter - Annie-Mae - a food scientist, in Devon where she processes them into delicious single variety chilli products focusing on flavour first and keeping the ingredient declarations clean without mixing or messing with numerous ingredients.
