Since 1964 Hatboru has manufactured all kind of steel pipes for drilling projects. In beginning of 1998 our company expanded the production range and added SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded) steel pipes for potable water, petroleum and gas pipelines to construction and piling. Hatboru is established on a 100.000 m2 open area and 24.000 m2 well equipped closed area in Industrial Zone of Antakya-Turkey and is very close to the East Mediterranean Seaports. Hatboru has 3 production lines for Spiral Welded Steel Pipes and additionally 1 line for casing pipes with total yearly capacity of 120.000 tons. In all lines with below mentioned standards steel pipes are being produced at Hatboru according to usage purpose from DN 219,1 mm up to DN 3048 with thicknesses up to 40 mm. * Gas and Petroleum Pipes - API 5L * Water Pipes - AWWA C-200, BS 534, DIN 2460, DIN 1626, * TS EN 10217-1 * General use purposed pipes - BS 3601, DIN 1626 * Pile (Stake) Pipes - ASTM A-252 * Pipe joint pieces - AWWA C-208, BS 534 In addition, Hatboru pays a big attention to our quality for coating and lining units with * Fusion Bonded Epoxy (Coating/Lining) * Solventfree Epoxy (Coating/Lining) * Galvanized (Coating/Lining) * Polyethilen (Coating) * Polypropilen (Coating) * Coal Tar Epoxy (Coating) * Cement Mortar (Lining) * Antirust Paints Supported by our Quality Certificates TS EN, ISO and API, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, our QMS is according to API 5 L, EN, DIN and ISO 9000. In additional Hatboru is dealing with seamless pipes in production standards of API 5 CT and API 5 L with China Origin. Since 2009 Hatboru have one additional line for PVC pipes used for water wells.
