Hatfield Project Management, founded in 2018, offers cruise lines and their partners specialized Project Management & Creative Services to supplement their in-house teams. Revenue and/or refurbishment teams can confidently turn a project over to a seasoned and professional team with years of hands-on cruise-related experience who will manage the project with the client’s vision in mind. We bring an extensive network of designers, fabricators and merchandisers who are in place and ready to go. HPM has well over 20 years of combined experience in the cruise industry, working with most all the major cruise lines and revenue partners. we have delivered a myriad of creative strategies, new builds, and refurbishment projects where we've developed a deep understanding and appreciation for every phase of shipboard project management.
