We started hatha yoga institute with the mission to promote yogic knowledge in the most authentic form. We are a team of highly educated and experienced yoga professionals committed to our mission of imparting the ultimate wisdom of Yoga through yoga courses, workshops and retreats. About the Founders - They are young enthusiastic yoga professionals who have travelled across the country and studied in various yoga institutions and lived a typical yogic lifestyle in various yoga ashrams. With many years of practice and teaching experience they are safe hands to be in. 1. Yoga Instructor Course - We have designed a yoga course which prepares a person to conduct yoga classes independently and also certifies him/her as a Yoga Instructor from the Ministry of Aayush, Government of India. We have trained hundreds of yoga professionals and many are operating independently reaching out to thousands of people. 2. Yoga Workshops - We conduct short yoga programs addressing every particular need of an individual as yoga is one stop solution for every physical, mental and emotional issue. Yogic tools such as sukshma vyayama, asanas, shat kriyas, pranayama, yog nidra etc can provide great relaxation, recovery and rejuvenation at deep levels. 3. Yoga Retreats - Take some time out from your regular routine and live a yogic lifestyle for few days with us. We use our creativity to make effective yogic practices very easy and gentle so that everyone can be benefited greatly.
