HATHOR works with landowners who would like to use their land for renewable energy development. Additionally, HATHOR uses multi-criteria modelling to identify highly suitable off-market parcels, too. The platform identifies the opportunities and risk associated with each lead. Renewable Energy Developers are presented with a list of sites that match their needs (i.e. region, MW size, site size, tax incentives, shovel-readiness, etc.), along with a critical issues and environmental risk analysis reports.
