Hatima Foundation

Hatima Foundation is dedicated to providing education and food for the neediest children in Africa. Food and education are the building blocks of a self-sustaining society that will become a keystone that empowers people to become greater. Direct Goals Children need both proper nutrition and education in order to be able to grow up into healthy, strong adults who can make a difference in their community. Providing at minimum an adequate diet will ensure a generation of individuals who will be able to communally become self-sufficient and create a sustain environment for education and nutrition. Proper nutrition plays the largest role in the development of a society, allowing them to learn, grow, and self-support. The program has so far been successfully attended by several hundred children who have lost their parents as a result of the Ebola epidemic as well as children who do not have funding for education and meals for other reasons that are equally as heartbreaking. Our Partners The Hatima Foundation is delighted and proud to work with the wonderful people from Salesians of Don Bosco whose mission it is to provide care for the neediest children who live in the direst of circumstances. What Support Does Thanks to the support of donors, we have managed to organise a unique places that provide a basic education and catering of nutritious food to those children who desperately need it. Donor’s support funds go directly into the bellies and minds of the children who need it most. Children who would otherwise be left behind will now have the opportunity to grow into healthy, educated adults.
